Orders weighing less than 10 pounds ship UPS SurePost and are delivered by the United States Postal Service. UPS SurePost shipments include Saturday delivery service. Please allow an additional day for Post Office tendering.
UPS does NOT include the pickup day, weekend days, or Holidays in calculating the time in transit. Delivery times are estimated only and not guaranteed. Holiday seasons may require additional time.

DELIVERY GUARANTEES: Under no circumstance do we guarantee shipping deliveries by a certain date. All delivery times are estimated. When placing an order, please be sure to allow enough delivery time in case delivery of your shipment is delayed.
Items marked as "may require additional shipping and handling" are bulky or heavy items which cost more to ship
ORDER CANCELLATION: Once an order is placed on our website, it goes directly to the warehouse for fulfillment. Therefore, once an order is placed, it can not be cancelled. You will be able to return the items for a refund minus shipping charges. Please email us at waterdropgiftshop@yahoo.com to receive the proper address to return your item (In rare instances we may be able to cancel your order if it is not already on the trailer ready to go to the shipping carrier.
Any problems with an order must be reported within 30 days of receipt.
